On April 29th, our Society joined an event organised at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Berlin promoting the results of the INCLUDE project.
The INCLUDE project is funded under the Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission and its main purpose is to support SMEs, SMOs and start-ups in the daily challenges they face in today’s digital age.
The project aims to address the trend towards flatter hierarchies combined with the digital transformation happening in companies and organisations in Europe and around the world.
Our consortium developed the following innovative learning material on the topic of inclusive leadership in the digital age:
– Handbook for (future) managers,
– Email course: Tools, tips and methods delivered weekly to your mailbox,
– EQF Curriculum: What defines an inclusive leader?
– Process Model: How to successfully integrate an inclusive leadership style in your organisation – step by step.
