IPMA Products

The IPMA  has recently published the following very interesting products – IPMA Products. These products could be of utilized by project management professionals or researchers interested in the area of project management:

1. IPMA Individual Competence Baseline (ICB4). The ICB delivers a comprehensive inventory of competences for individuals to use in career development, certification, training, education, consulting, research, and more. The standard is designed to help individuals find the correct path to achieve their goals. IPMA envisions that organisations, teams, and individuals will use this standard as an everyday tool for success. 2. IPMA Project Excellence Baseline® (PEB). The PEB, delivers a path toward project and programme excellence. It also serves as a guide for organisations to assess the ability of their projects and programmes.
