CPMS hosted and participated in the 2nd transnational meeting of the INCLUDE Project – Inclusive Leadership in the Digital Age. The meeting took place in Larnaka on October 8–9, 2020. Five partners from Germany, Poland and Cyprus attended physically, while two partners from Bulgaria and Italy participated online.
The two-year project (2019–2021) is funded as a “Strategic Partnership” under the EU “Erasmus+” programme. Its aim is to establish an inclusive management approach that takes into consideration all the risks and opportunities of digital transformation.
For this purpose, learning and teaching materials will be developed by the project partners. In particular, these materials will support managers who want to learn and improve their inclusive leadership skills through a work-based approach. In addition, they will support VET providers in delivering inclusive leadership training to the target group.
The meeting focus on project management issues but also on the progress of the INCLUDE project intellectual outputs.

The meeting was organised in full compliance with the COVID19 guidance provided by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Cyprus without any problems.
