The 2nd meeting of the upgrade2europe project was held online on June 10 and 11.
Although COVID-19 prevented yet another face to face meeting, it was an extremely interesting meeting where all partners had the opportunity to present the progress achieved towards the implementation of the project and delivering its results.
As leaders of Intellectual Output 1 (IO1), the Process Model, we presented the progress achieved towards the implementation of the process model.
Our recommendation, which was accepted by the consortium, was to follow the capability maturity model approach as this is considered appropriate for our target groups and beneficiaries.
Over the coming months we will work closely with the rest of the consortium, our coordinator emcra and our co-leader, Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), towards the implementation of IO1.
