CPMS participated in the 1st transnational meeting of the INCLUDE – Inclusive Leadership in the Digital Age Project. The meeting took place in Berlin, between November 13 – 15, 2019 and was attended by seven other partners from Bulgaria, Germany, Italy and Poland.
The aim of the two-year project (2019-2021), which is funded as a “Strategic Partnership” from the EU “Erasmus+” program, is to establish an inclusive management approach taking into consideration all the risks and opportunities of digital transformation. For this purpose, learning and teaching material will be developed by the project partners, for managers that want to learn and improve in the area of inclusive leadership through a work-based approach and for VETs for providing inclusive leadership trainings to the target group.

Our organization, Cyprus Project Management Society (CPMS), is the lead partner of the process of preparing IO4, the E-mail Course. CPMS will also contribute in knowledge exchange on leadership among the project partners through presentations and discussion, dissemination activities and throughout the project.
